Esta profesiÃ³n no es como cualquier otra, exige unas aptitudes y unas actitudes personales especiales. Y esto es lo que habrÃa que poner en cuestiÃ³n. Â¿Realmente nuestro sistema de selecciÃ³n de los docentes es el adecuado en una sociedad democrÃ¡tica?. Â¿EstÃ¡n nuestros docentes preparados para una adecuada resoluciÃ³n de conflictos dentro de un sistema democrÃ¡tico de valores?. Y por Ãºltimo, Â¿por quÃ© no nos atrevemos a decir que hay docentes (pocos afortunadamente), que desarrollan una actividad para la que simplemente no son aptos?.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
